Seattle Indecent Exposure Case

The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has filed an indecent exposure charge against a Seattle man.

The defendant is accused of exposing himself multiple times at a Seattle business, most recently on November 1. Police said the defendant continues to commit these crimes in the 900 block of South Jackson Street.

The suspect was arrested for a felony indecent exposure warrant related to an incident at the same location in September. He was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 14, and a judge ordered him released September 28 on personal recognizance. The defendant failed to appear at his next court hearing in October.

He wasn’t located until his arrest in the current case. He remains in the King County Jail.

The defendant was previously convicted of indecent exposure, which elevates the current charge to a felony under RCW 9A.88.010. He also has several misdemeanor cases that were handled separately from the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

A case setting hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. Nov. 10.

This post is based on information available as of November 3, 2020, and is not expected to be updated as the case moves forward.
