Murder Charge in Kent Case
Yesterday, the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office rush filed a Murder In The Second Degree with a Firearm charge related to a case out of Kent. The Court granted the State’s request for bail to be set at $2 million.
From the public charging documents:
“In this case, the defendant, per his own brother, became so ‘enraged’ over hand gesture made by the victim that the defendant made a U-Turn with his car, followed the victim’s vehicle for over multiple city blocks, confronted the victim who was simply returning to his home, and shot the victim in the chest, killing him.”
