Charges in Organized Retail Theft Case

Today, King County Prosecutors rush-filed multiple felony charges related to this Bellevue organized retail theft case.

In this case, the defendants committed several thefts of women’s clothing over approximately eight months from Lululemon resulting in thousands of dollars of loss.

Three defendants were charged in this case as follows:

• Defendant 1: Organized Retail Theft In The First Degree (three counts) and Organized Retail Theft In The Second Degree (two counts).
• Defendant 2: Organized Retail Theft In The First Degree (one count) and Organized Retail Theft In The Second Degree (one count)
• Defendant 3: Organized Retail Theft In The First Degree (one count).
