Charges in Capitol Hill Stabbing Case

Today, the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office rush-filed two felony charges against the defendant in the Capitol Hill stabbing case that occurred over the weekend:

  • Assault In The Second Degree with a Deadly Weapon Enhancement
  • Assault In The Second Degree a Deadly Weapon Enhancement

As of this writing, the defendant remains in custody on $300,000, the amount requested by King County Prosecutors at first appearance.
