- Human Trafficking In The Second Degree
- Promoting Commercial Sexual Abuse Of A Minor
From the public charging documents:
“In this case, the defendant met two minor girls, aged 11 and a newly 15-year-old, on social media. The defendant then drove across state lines to Oregon to retrieve the girls for the purposes of having sex with them and to promote them for sex on the “track”. On January 7th, 2024, the same day the minor girls ran away from home, the defendant picked them up in Oregon and drove them to Federal Way, Washington. Also on that same day, the defendant had sex with the 15-year-old (whose birthday was less than two weeks prior to the date the defendant raped her) and allowed the 11 year old child to have sex with three of his friends. The next day, on January 8th, 2024, the defendant took the minor girls to Aurora-a known prostitution area. The minors were later found in Bellevue and on his date of arrest, February 6th, 2024, the defendant admitted to continuing to contact the girls.”
As of this writing, the defendant remains in custody on $500,000 bail, set by the court.
