Charges Following Bellevue Police Investigation
This morning the Bellevue Police Department posted about a fentanyl and meth investigation over multiple months that led to an arrest.
The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged that defendant with:
- Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act (possession with intent — fentanyl)
- Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act (possession with intent — meth)
From the public charging documents:
“The Bellevue Police Officers obtained a warrant to search the defendant’s motorhome and came back with the following items: 193 grams of Methamphetamine, tested positive via Detectacham MobileDetect field test; 181 grams of blue “M-30” pills containing fentanyl; 311 grams of fentanyl powder, tested positive via Detectacham MobileDetect field test; 210 grams of cocaine; 20.84 grams of suspected counterfeit Xanax pills; Numerous small plastic bags; 3 weight scales.”
