Seattle Police said law enforcement have investigated upwards of 60 break-ins in which the suspects used a truck or other heavy equipment and broke into ATMs and cash registers. However, not all of these cases have been referred to the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office at this point. The majority of them remain under investigation with law enforcement. The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office expects to act promptly if additional cases are referred to us by police investigators.
The arraignments for both individuals are scheduled for May 26.
