- Burglary In The First Degree with a firearm enhancement
- Unlawful Imprisonment with a firearm enhancement
From the public charging documents:
The State requests bail remain in the amount of $1,000,000.00 as set in the defendant’s first appearance hearing. In this probable cause certification, the defendant and several co-defendants stormed into occupied residence with firearms. In these violent home invasion robberies, the defendants made the residents of one of the homes lay on the ground while holding firearms aimed at the prostrate victims. The armed intruders even held a young five-year-old boy at gunpoint while they robbed the victims of their personal belongings. At one point, the defendant and his accomplices warned the victim to “tell the baby not to cry” as they robbed the residence.
The defendant remains in custody on $1 million, the amount requested by King County Prosecutors at first appearance.
