Rape in the Second Degree (two charges)

In this case, the defendant took advantage of two separate women under the guise of providing massage services as a sobador. Despite the women’s desire for a healing medical massage, the defendant abused this position of trust and physically violated the victims by digitally raping them. Further, the defendant used aliases to evade detection. The defendant has also been investigated in other cases for sexually assaulting women while purporting to provide sobador services.
