Robbery in The Second Degree
From the charging documents:
In this case, the defendant smashed the victim’s car window with a hammer while she was in it. The two struggled over the victim’s purse until the defendant overpowered the victim and ran off with the purse. The victim suffered cuts on her hands. Our office requested the defendant be held on $15,000 bail.

Burglary in the Second Degree
From the charging documents:
In this case, the defendant broke into a fenced lot of Lincoln Towing. While inside a witness observed him prowling vehicles. When officers found him, he fled from them and attempted to hide. After search incident to arrest, they found that he had several tools that were previously inside the impounded cars. The total value of these tools amounted to several thousand dollars’ worth of goods.
