Indecent Exposure
From the charging documents:
The defendant exposed himself to two children while walking around completely naked in the broad daylight in the small courtyard/common area where both the defendant and the children live. The defendant is a registered sex offender having previously been convicted in 2017 with Voyeurism and Attempted Voyeurism. The existence of those prior convictions makes this charge a felony offense.

Possessing a Stolen Firearm
Vehicle Prowl in the Second Degree
From the charging documents:
On July 16, 2021, [the victim’s] bag was stolen from his moving truck as it was parked in an alley. Inside the bag was an unloaded gun and his wallet. He soon received a fraud alert from his bank on his phone about a suspicious purchase at the downtown [Seattle] Target. He went to Target where the defendant was spotted on video buying gift cards with York’s card. She then went to the other side of the store and attempted to buy more gifts. She was stopped by security and police. In the search incident to arrest, she told police where in her bag they would find the gun. The gun was now loaded.

Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the First Degree
From the charging documents:
On July 23rd, 2022, [Kirkland Police] Officers contacted the defendant for suspicion of motor vehicle prowling. Upon contacting the defendant, Officers noted that the defendant had bulges in his pockets. When asked if had any weapons, the defendant refused to answer. Officers determined a frisk for weapons was needed to assure safety. When the defendant was advised he was going to be frisked, he admitted that he had a firearm. Officers removed a Taurus G2C 9mm from the defendant’s waistband. The firearm magazine was loaded, with a one round in the chamber. In a search incident to arrest, Officers located 16.01 grams of suspected methamphetamines, and 64.1 grams of suspected fentanyl. In addition, the defendant had multiple clear plastic Ziplock bags, and a scale in his pants pocket.
