Charge in Federal Way Stabbing Case

This morning the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office rush filed the felony charge of Assault in the First Degree following a recent Federal Way stabbing investigation.

From the public charging documents:

“The State requests bail remain in the amount of $100,000.00 as set at the defendant’s first appearance hearing. In this unprovoked attack, the defendant began to wrestle with the victim who was doing construction work at a school the defendant had previously attended. Without warning, the defendant plunged a large steak knife into the victim’s back causing significant injuries.”
